I don't have this model (yet), but I've flown several 104 models, try flying into the runway at around 190-200 knots with as gentle a decent rate as you can hold with about 7 degrees nose up over the threshold 8)

Hi Awash, the 104 has to be one of the hardest planes to land. Below 250 knts she handles like a dog. Like Craig said you need to get the wheels down on the deck at about 200 knts.
What I did to master it was setup a landing at Heathrow where I'm on final and save it, then just keep slamming it into the deck (about a dozen times before I got the perfect technique, I even crashed twice!) until I could kiss the tarmac perfectly.
The real 104 was known as the Widow-Maker for a reason, she killed a lot of pilots. A good thing to look at is this review of the  Captain Sim 104 at http://www.flightsim.com/cgi/kds?$=main/review/star/star.htm (sorry Pete), it covers a lot of the problems Wink
