Is it possible to use a non-inbuilt light arrangement for airports, or to make one as a template?

AFCAD currently has the standard lighting arrangements, but not the special stuff (Russian SSP and SP1/SP2 types, which use yellow lights on the sides of the runway)
 
Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and An-24RV&&&&AI flightplans and repaints can be found here
