Hi

I have just bought a new Dell pc with an ATI 9800 pro card.

Brief spec is P4 3.0, 512 megs, winXP , SB audigy2 and the ATI card with 128 meg.

I have most of the graphics options turned up and use AA from the system selection and not from in game.

Everything in FS2004 seems great although I do get flickering on the aircraft selection screen when changing things.

My drivers are dated 24/8/03 and called '6.14.10.6378'.

Are these drivers fine or should I look to change them?

Any advice would be appreciated. Grin

Cheers Paul

I have pretty much the same machine as you. Mine is an XPS Gamer from Dell,  Pent. 4, 2.8 with HT. 512 MBs of PC3200 RAM, SB Audigy 2 and an ATI 9800 Pro 128 MB card.

I tried the ATI driver upgrade from ATI, worked fine, tried the ATI driver upgrade from DELL, worked fine. Tried the Omega drivers and love em. Might want to check those out too. http://www.omegacorner.com

They are tweaked drivers with some added settings you can play with.
