Hello All,

How can I make any plane I want to be an  AI aircraft? Specifically...I want to use my Baron that I have repainted and make AI.

How/Is that possible?

Cherokee_6 this should really be posted in the AFCAD TTOOLS forum. 
But first you need to get TTOOLS you can get this here.  Also cheak out this website

that should be all you need to know.
