Whassup everyone. I may have put this in the wrong forum so please forgive me if I have. I was asking, how can export a default airport from FS2002 and add, for example a runway or more buildings? Thanks for your help,

I am not into modifying airports but I think you have to use AFCAD in order to enable usage of the new runway or building. However the graphics will not show up with AFCAD alone. You have to create them.

Experts could help you more. I also think this message should be moved to the AFCAD &TTools Forum where you could find more answers and correct ones for sure.

Very basically: It's possible to visually update an existing airport with a scenery design application like Airport for Windows or FS Scenery Creator. You will find more details on these in the Scenery & Panel Design forum.

Once this is done the virtual scenery used by AI traffic (new runways, taxyways, parking ramps, gates etc) can be updated with AFCAD.
