Yeah I don't think we'll ever hear Keith calling Mick, Sir.
But does being Knighted come with perks?
No taxes, 10% discounts at your favorite store, Free coffee at McDonalds?
As far as I'm concerned I get the best of everything without being Knighted! I get it here at SIMV!!
And you don't have to call me Sir!

There must be some benefit or they wouldn't all be so keen on getting one of these "honours. Don't ask me what that might be though. My old chief engineer was once made a Freeman of the Ciy of London & was presented with token keys to the city. He wouldn't tell me what this honour was for but apparently one of the benefits is that he is now entitled to herd his sheep across some bridge or other in London whenever he wishes. Not that he ever kept a sheep for whatever purpose - or ever visits London. LOL

Well that would definitely make me work hard for it.
I've always needed a way to get my sheep across a bridge, my back can't handle carrying them anymore! LOL!
You know it won't be long before the "sheep" jokes come rolling in!!
