I have installed FS Traffic2 in Fs98, it works fine but there is only a few aircraft  that works as AI. What aircraft can I use and must there be textures for the AI aircraft in the texture folder  ???. I have d/loaded aircraft for FS Traffic but it only works in FS2000, is there any AI aircraft available for FS98 ?
The next step will be recording tracks  Wink

If you got no money to buy a better version of FS you got to use what you have  Wink . I am running P3 with 192Ram and 64Mb graphics with OS ME.
Any donations of a better FS version will be greatly appreciated.  Grin
A big THANK YOU to Simviation for all the nice stuff for FS98 that is still available.

Chris,

It's OK you're amongst friends here. We understand the problems more people than you might imagine have, getting and keeping a system running.

But I don't think you're gonna get many takers for your problem.

How do I know? I used an old FS98 era program called DOD (Dynamic Object Designer) to create some moving objects in a FS2002 scenery. I tried to get advice all over and even had a reply from the prog creator (Raph Sanchez) but STILL couldn't get answers to my questions!

Conclusion - people don't want to know about old technology. Unfortunately this isn't gonna help you - which is what Andrew meant I think. He wasn't getting at you for having an old version of FS!

Sorry I can't be more helpful ???

Sorry if I came off a little misunderstanding Embarrassed

I honestly didn't think it was possible to add AI traffic to FS98.

Sorry I did'nt mean to cause any ripples  Roll Eyes but here in S-Africa a new FS costs a arm and a leg in your currency.
FS Traffic 2 uses the ILS info to create AI traffic and looks real good, no more empty sky. Grin
After a bit of spy work I can report back that FST creates texture files in the main texture folder when a plane is converted for use but only large, medium and small liners in Fs98. If one starts on a big airport in a few minutes there is take-offs and landings and the program displays which runways is in use and also when entering airport airspace. If there is other FS98 flyers out there FS Traffic 2 is fine for AI traffic.  Grin
