While surfing the net today I found this picture, I'm not sure what kind of jets they are or what country the are in.  ???

The web site I found the picture at is, www.alltheweb.com, click on the picture tab and type in the letter Q, and go to page 6 and there it is.

Any feedback on what kind of jets and where they are would be appreciated, I am more curious than anything.    8)
