Hi there.

I recently picked up new computer that is running Microsoft XP. I used to have the mission builder application when I had Win 98. Is Mission builder not compatible with XP?

I am running Mission Builder with Win XP Home.

Very occassionally if I run the mission from with Mission Builder both it and the game crash to desktop on load but that is it.

What is your problem?

Hi Kev,

Ok, I installed the game and when I went looking for the mission builder, the application is not there. I did not install the web services yet.

I even went looking on the cds and could not find an application file.

Like I said before, I did have it before when I had installed it on a computer running Win 98.

Any ideas?

Andre

I'm also running Microsoft XP.  The mission builder installed and works fine for me.  Try a reinstall but make sure you do a complete installation.  Hope that helps.

Make a shortcut of your cfs2.exe file and place it on your desktop. Right-click and go into Properties. Change the target too...

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Combat Flight Simulator 2\cfs2.exe" /BUILDER:

That should do it  8)

Thanks for your help everyone. I uninstalled and reinstalled completely. I didn't see the builder so I tried the path as suggested by Stratobat and it worked. Thanks again Smiley
