explosions to big (Read 236 times)

Sad i am having the hardest time trying to  use bombs on my sim the explosions for even the tinyest bombs are of nuculer porportion. and to me its gettng very annoying when im trying to do low level bombing if any one can help me thank you  ???

i was not aware that i had the Manhatten project but if i do how do i get rid of it. also it doesent happen with all my bombs mostly with the ones from an a-10 from web in blue, but i hate to lose the plane

Its probably ordnance that came with the aircraft. If the bangs are too big then don't use it. Or do some complex stuff with the weapons. But I don't understand that. I would wait for Hagar. Wink

It's possible installing a download using the auto-install (or unzipping files direct to the sim) has overwitten some of your default files. The best way to fix it would be to reinstall CFS2. Reinstall NOT Uninstall. Read this carefully - the part outlined in the red box. http://www.simviation.com/lair/cfs2faq.htm

If it is the Manhattan Project you either have the big explosions or the defaults. Read the install instructions carefully & back up the files it changes before installing it again. Then you can go back to normal if you wish by replacing them .
