as far as my language skills go... this says that the host of the download part killed the files.
Someone who understands this language (spanish/portugese) better, make a better translation

We inform that the links for downloads are not working because the HPG server does not accept ZIP files. I will try to resolve the problem looking for another server to host only files.

Keep sending your e-mails, than I will try to read and respond. For personal reasons, we can not solve problems of internet and website.

Note: The site FSFAB.kit.net is no longer avaliable. The server kit.net deleted the site without notice.
