Apparently DECCA do them for about £60 thou...o, you mean for the sim?

Don't think there is such a thing - least I've not heard of one

What?  I've seen weather radar!  I think . . .

Do a search here at SimV for the Airwolf panel.  (Yeah, the TV show)

It has (I think) a weather radar that works.  At any rate, it shows a representation of clouds moving overhead, which is what I guess you're looking for.

Is that the wearad.gau gauge?  That one is completely fake and is nothing but a space filler.  I avoid that one like the plague.

Oh, maybe so.  I'm not sure, as I'm usually flying prop fighters and such.

That's the only weather-type radar I've encountered, although I don't see why it wouldn't be possible to create one.

there are rumours about a payware weather program with a working weather radar
 

Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and An-24RV&&&&AI flightplans and repaints can be found here

ActiveSky's newest version has a nice, active weather radar that opens inside FS9.  It is, however, payware, but it works very nicely.
