I have just joined, and congrats on a very nice site.  Perhaps this has been covered previously, but I have a question:  FS2002 Pro

At night, I cannot see the runways or taxiways very well, particularly on the ground.  In the air, they are only slightly better.  Any way to improve this?

Thxs.

Cherokee 6... I should have been clearer in my question.  I can get aircraft lights on, but the taxi and runway lights are not bright.  In fact, even on approach, lights do not reflect (no pun intended) realistic representations.  Perhaps it is my system, but I cannot see taxiways from cockpit views.  Is there some fs runway lights system setting that needs to be adjusted, and if so, how/where do I find it.   Thanks.

One thing that helped me see the taxiway lights better was to turn off the lights in the computer room. Made a big difference for me. Also, I expect cockpits are not brightly lighted at night for the same reason.

Of course, in our home the computer room is also the reading room and the knitting room. Unless you're living alone, you get the idea.

Cheers,

I have the same problem and I just download taxiway add-ons and install them, they can make a good difference in taxiway lightning.

Welcome Simdriver! I believe in 2002 you can also adjust the positions of the landing lights.  Look in the controller assignments and you should find the option, but I don't think it'll be assigned to any key.
