Poll
Question:
What's your opinion of modern day dancing.
I like it, the music and the way you move.
I just sort of follow the crowd. (Todays culture)
Only good with a girl that knocks you out.
Depends on the club and your liking.
Structured forms make sense ie. Latin and Waltz.
I more go to rock concerts
Disco to the jitterbug were better days.
None of it is for me.

I don't know about you, but I find it easier to dance when drunk
.
I'm only smiling because they haven't found the bodies yet.

That's cos you lose all your inhibitions & think you can do it better. Whether you actually can is debatable. You wouldn't care anyway. I could always play drums better when sozzled. At least - I thought I could. Live recordings made at the time prove otherwise. LOL

Well, I had to vote not for me. I long for a time before my time I geuss.
I would say that swing would be my preference, any time I've seen it, they seem to be haveing so much fun, and it seems to take alot of working together, timing and all. The ladies love it, and it the man & her seem always in touch and working as a team.

LOL swing...I almost signed up for swing lessons. It looks funny to do, and thought it would fun in my own little way. Like people swinging, sliding and jumping, synchronized to some jazzy music.
Just like that GAP Khakis commercial a few years back.

I like dancing in clubs that play trance/house/techno music, however I dont go to clubs that play hip-hop/rap r&b as I dislike the type of music, and I dont go to bars that play country music because the 2 step is NOT dancing.
And for the record I took ballroom dancing for a year in college for the fun of it
My life is like the movie Office Space
