Here is two shots of me trying to do a landing in a Robinson (NOTAR by this time...)
Managed to get away from the spot where the tailboom came of. I expected the cockpit to start rotating, which it didn't  ???. So much for flight accuracy.

Are there any tutorials on flying choppers around, or will this be a common site at EHAM until I get the hang of it?

Ouch!!  Shocked
I'll bet the KLM passengers grabbed their cameras! Check out HoverSafe Academy for all your chopper training.

You'll get better results if you turn up your realism settings especially torque Wink

Must say, the chopper flight model is MUCH easier in 2004 compared to 2002

Very nice shots of a disaster!! LOL
I have tried the choppers, took me a while. I still can only fly the Robinson. I give her full throttle, up she goes then I try to keep her pitched down and she will start to go. I can fly her around but I have still yet made a soft landing!  Wink
Maybe Ozzy can tell you, he seems to be a fan of these flying coffins!! Keep practicing!!
