For the past few days, Internet exploarer has been running quite slowly and I can't figure out why. There will be no programs running in the background and there will be 350MB or more ram free for it to use and it still runs slow. Flipping between multiple pages takes a long time and pulling up new sites takes a while. It's not my internet speed because I'll be downloading at a normal 300kb/s. What's going on? I should also mention that there are plenty of CPU resources free.

I only pretend to know what I'm talking about. Heck, that's what lawyers, car mechanics, and IT professionals do everyday.
