Not owning CFS2 or FS2k4, and the fact I downloaded this a long time before Pauls site vanished I don't think I did too badly
Ozzy. My comments weren't aimed at you. I'm sure I've told you & the others that Paul's CFS2 aircraft are now hosted at Sim-Outhouse.
http://www.sim-outhouse.com/index.php?loc=downloads&page=downloadsbak&FileUpload...
The only problem being that it doesn't say in the file description or documentation which ones are Gmax. The only way to find out is to try one example of each. I'm sure the Mk VII & Mk IX are & therefore will be fully compatible with FS2002/4 - using my flap animation tweak.
I believe his Bf 109s are all FSDS1.

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

Just downloaded, haven't installed yet, but just wanted to say thanks, you all know how I love Spitfires, I now have high flyers, mid level, and lowlevel Spits. Thanks to you all.

Doug, Why would you have to explain how to install it? I just did a normal install and it worked fine. Nothing out of the ordinary... ???

It's a very simple tweak & I don't claim it as mine.
Actually Fido pointed it out & then went AWOL for a while before he could tell us how he fixed it. I decided to investigate. Hence my own tweak which might be completely different from his. I'm not after credit. All I'm really bothered about is that it works.

Pippin. It's easy enough if you have some experience & realise it can be done. I'm sure you must have seen the marathon thread on this subject in the FS2004 forum. I think you even took part in it.
http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=COF;action=display;num=106...
This question often crops up & it started getting complicated. I decided the best thing would be to give a detailed walkthrough on installing CFS2 aircraft to FS2004 for the benefit of beginners. Then if anyone asks you simply point them to the thread. Saves confusion & valuable time. Well, that was the idea anyway. LOL
PS. This is how most of my tutes started out. Nobody bothers to read them either.

I did, but dropped out after it stopped applying to me. I guess that's what I get for not following a thread all the way to the end...

Take no notice of me. Just letting off a little steam. I do that sometimes & I'm in a funny (strange) mood today.

Fozzer, I have two questions for you:
1. How on Earth do you find time to cook like that?
2. Have you ever eaten anything without gravy on it?

Your dins do look rather tempting I must say. I might take you up on the offer some time. Watch out as I'm impulsive & tend to do these things at the drop of a hat. Good mornin' Foz my dear fellow. What are we having for dins today then? 8)
PS. Don't worry about me. I had a beautiful morning stroll as you can see from the snaps I posted in the Photos forum. I'm not keen on cooking myself & prefer to let others do it for me. I suppose it takes all sorts.
