Try the CFS2 version of the John C. Stennis posted in the CFS2 sections on this site. This is a CFS2 -style carrier only suitable for missions/campaigns. I don't know if the FS2002 version works in CFS2.
The same applies with other conventional scenery-stlye carriers available. Ozzy might be able to point you in the right direction.

I can't remember if ArrCab worked with CFS2. This is now payware so I can't try it.

Hi
Umm Im going out on a limb here but as CFS2 already supports cables it should just be a case of putting there location in the ship.cfg
this is from the default carrier

[LANDING AIDS]
cable.0=13.312001,16.896,-81.536003,-12.928,16.896,-81.536003
cable.1=13.312001,16.896,-78.592003,-12.928,16.896,-78.592003
cable.2=13.312001,16.896,-75.520004,-12.928,16.896,-75.520004
cable.3=13.312001,16.896,-72.320007,-12.928,16.896,-72.320007

Hi Mav. Yes, that will work fine on the CFS2 carriers (like the defaults). These are not selectable & can only in be used in missions. I think Salcidomd wants a carrier selectable from the Free Flight airfield menu.

AHHHH ok
so we talking an carrier thats a bgl file right?
ok there is somewhere a macro file for cables which can be used on a runway,........here it is
http://www.simviation.com/fsdesign_macros14.htm
you could proberly use the info in this to make a macro for the cables only,then get the location,hight,direction of the carrier use fssc and make a bgl file to slap on the deck of the carrier.In theory this should or should I say might work Cheesy.As for the catipult most cfs2 users use the afterburner key(needs maping out in cfs2)and editing the airfile for a short burst of AB to launch there butts:)
