Panel view problem with shift+1 (Read 127 times)

Hi All
In the past I have being able to use the shift+1,2,3 etc key to change different panel views , but now when I go to use the shift+1 etc after a short time I get the microsoft error message window appear. All I have done is windows update including installing direct x9. Any suggestion on what the problem could be and how to fix it
I have reinstalled fs2002 and the drivers after x9

I've never had this problem so if it worked OK previously I can't imagine what would cause it. Shift + 1 usually toggles the main panel BMP & wouldn't normally be used. If you want a clear view try hitting W instead.
