For anyone who's interested in astronamy, there will be a total eclipse tonight starting at about 6 EST. Total coverage of the moon will be from about 8 to 8:30 EST. It'll be visible for most in the North America and Europe.
For more info, check out these articles. They're pretty interesting. 8)

I liaten to a talk radio show most nights so I'm pretty well up to date with the space stuff cuz the host is a space nut, as well as my physics professor and a really hot girl I know....Speaking of the eclipse I think that I'm gonna run out know and see what it looks like from here even though it's kinda cloudy...

For me, there are only a few clouds in the sky. I'm lucky it didn't happen yesterday, when it was raining and stormy.
It's really looking red now. Kinda scary.

Yeah, now I can see what they were talking about in that Fear and Awe article. (I like the one with Columbus
) It's an amazing sight.
I have the luxury of seeing the moon from my computer room.
Almost covered...

Looks like it's just fading now. Almost forgot about it.
I only pretend to know what I'm talking about. Heck, that's what lawyers, car mechanics, and IT professionals do everyday.

ah, I read in the paper that there is a live webcast of it online. Maybe I should have posted it so those of you with overcast skies could watch on the comp.
Well, if you missed it, you can look at nasa's animation. It looked pretty much like that.

Just watched the whole thing go down outside my livingroom window with a pair of binoculars, perfectly clear for once, of course when the big auroras were going down it rained for a week straight.

Was outside during most of the eclipse, but since it was 20 degrees outside I finally came inside after over an hour and watched from inside.
was pretty cool!

I stayed up until just after 2 this morning to see it, and it was worth it. Clear skies here, and the moon a beautiful orange colour.
Only the second lunar eclipse I've ever seen. Lovely.
