Hello again,its GNDD,we wanted to let you Know that even though we contacted Tech support at Microsoft,we found the problem with our game WITHOUT un install and reinstall.we typed in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Combat Fs,and searched through all folder files,and low and behold there were 2 COMBAT FS Config.files,and evidently,since they were identical,they were cancelling each other out.So we removed one file{and stored in documents}and then tried the game,and WEP was back.who would have thought???so just in case any one else has same problem,here is one option to try before uninstalling and reinstalling.thank you again.
