??? .... can anybody explain this one ?  .... check out the fps .....  Shocked

...

same paused picture  but with FSNav open and docked

...

I picked this up on the visualfight forums (http://www.visualflight.co.uk/forums)..... what an amazing fps increase ..... what is going on? ..... it tends to fluctuate as fps's do, but is constantly at least 20 fps better! .... how is this happening?  ??? .... you don't need to use it, just scroll it down the screen and fly away!  Wink

What is this thing, and where do I get it?  ???  Grin Grin

(I could use that kind of frame rate increase in CFS2, when there's alot of AI activity - will it work there?)

Thanks  Grin Wink

I tried this idea with just haviong another window open in FS2004 (before the latest ATI driver debacle) and it made no difference for me.  Don;t have FSNAv to try.
