today it was just an ordinary day at Edwards AFB, although it was quite busy at runway 22.

we went out to test a new avionics system on the F-16C. i guided the plane with a Thunderbird plane, that was at Edwards for the upgrade...i just followed the plane to see if everything looked fine from the outside.

of course the other one kept his gear down, in case anything would go wrong...that's just the normal procedure.

first we had to wait for a B-2A that was on final approach. she came back from the Mojave desert where she tested a new type of JDAM...but that's a complete other story...

what a beauty
...

...

us waiting...
...

...

...

...

first a high speed low pass...this plane is used to it  Wink
...

and then a nice soft landing
...

...

hope you like this military cr*p  Grin

aren't you totally killing your framerate with those Olsson vipers as AI?

Very nice!

Flyboy, all you need is Afcad, Ttools, and Gmax or FSDS2 models.

Add parking & ground facilities to the AFB, find some AI compatible aircraft models and use ttools to create the AI tracks.

Also, using many detailed aircraft models as AI can really hurt framerates, but i've heard that taking the panel and sounds out of the folder will be easier on framerates
