I posted the following question in the screenshot section, too.

For some reason, I can't see my own posts there, although I can see others'. Does anyone know what could cause this? I'm not at my home computer, so I don't know if I'd have the problem there, too. But there should not be any difference since I uploaded the jpegs according to proper procedure.

The shots reappear after I upload them again. But even then, after a while they don't show up. One of life's minor annoyances.

Could be uploading shots that are too wide or too big? Pete's made the server auto-detect now I think, so they are removed almost immediately. I use PhotoShop for my screen shots (quality is better than my version of PaintShop Pro). I crop and reduce all mine down to image width 800 and when when I save it offers me choices of quality v file size. I usually aim for a file of say 70/80k - and then no problems
