Here you go if you remember the ATC thread a while back.

The storty invloves an Air BC (British Comumbia) BAe 146, heard one morning several years ago over westren Canada. The flight, which we shall number ' Air BC 123' was inbound to vancouver International Airport, Crusing at FL 280 and was 75 nm out from its destination.

Vancouver Centre: Air BC 123, can you meet a requirement to be at FL 1-8 zero by 60 DME Vancouver?

Air BC 123: Negative!

VC: Don't you guys have a powerful speed brake in the tail that gives you a high rate of descent?

Air BC 123: Yes sir, that's affirmative, but its used for MY mistakes, not YOURS!

A rib-tickling exchange on 133.0, the apron clearence Delivery Freq. for perth.

Beech 200: Ahh, perth clearence delivery this is November India Charlie, we're on the ground  Jandakot, request Airways clearance for Rottnest.

Perth ACD: Roger, november India Charlie, Clearence, track Jandakot direct Rottnest, cruise 1500 Feet, Squawk 4611.
               ( 30 Seconds Pass...  and then .....)

Beech 200:   Ahh, this is november India Charlie, can we have another squawk code assigned to us, something with a second number zero?

Perth ACD: I guess so, but why, for gods sake?

Beech 200: Because the knob for the second character has come off in my hand!
