you've gotta be kidding me!
$40 bucks for the PMDG 737!!! Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

i might as well sign up for real 737 lessons

i understand it is one of the finest addons ever made for fs. Roll Eyes

but $40 greens?!!!! Angry

it's outrageous! in my country's currency that goes as 120 bucks, actually MORE that whan i paid for the game!!! Tongue

check it out at www.precisionmanuals.com
it's absurd!

there's isn't even a trial version so i can decide whether it's worth it Tongue

it's worth 40 alright.

but for me it's $120 'cause my country's got  crappy money

i can't pay all that Tongue

and the default 737 is butt-ugly to say the least  Tongue

the dvc is good tho.
i'd love to see a plane such as the FFX 737 with the default's VC Roll Eyes

Fly the Stock B737 from the DVC and pretend you're flying the FFX model Grin

Why should the exterior matter if your flying from the inside? Wink

Because the PMDG 737 is way ahead in the realism department in the cockpit aswell. Half the joy when flying the PMDG 737 is to program your route in the FMC and watch the aircraft behave accordingly. Going from the PMDG 737 to the default 737 in FS is rather depressing.

depressing indeed!

not to mention that i just love to look at my cool plane with the spot view when im flying it really high or when i just landed Roll Eyes

looking at the plane rolling down the runway with it's flaps down and airbrakes open gives you the feeling of accomplishing something

but the default 737 is so nasty you can barely see the flaps Tongue

Maybe this will help you.  How well can you get FS9 to run using a default plane?  With the PMDG 737 expect a 10-15 and yes somtimes even 20 FPS hit in performance with all the "bells and whistles" active.
