I am about to build the ultimate truck I am giong to make my S10 blazer a real sleeper I will take the weak 2.8 V6 and replace it with a 355 crate motor and a Turbo400 trans

Sounds cool.  The only change I'd make would to put a 383 stroker in it instead of a 355.  I like the 383 because it's light (so is a 355) but it has a lot of horse power and the torque of a big block.  Thats what I'm putting in my Camaro.

i have a friend who is doing a pretty kick ass truck. . .a little bit older though. . .he has an old ford that he is totaly rebuilding in order to fit a chevy 572 into it!!
