hi everyone im posting this to see if any of you can help me in my summer long search for the aircraft shown in this webpage http://www.planesimulation.com/weapons.htm
The apache longbow is one of my all time favorite helos and to date i havent found any model for FS. After seeing this page it showed that Dwight Booth has made one but with endless searches on all the leading fs sites i still havent found the model.

PLEASE if anyone knows anything regarding a AH-64D for FS 2002 - 2004 i would be so grateful if you could let me know.

Thanks again,
Steve.

I hate that website Undecided

They don't let you download freeware unless you buy a subscription. Doesn't seem right.

You can find a link to download that helo on this page: http://www.planesimulation.com/crmiss1.htm

But you've got one chance in a million of actually being able to download it Roll Eyes

ye i must say i hate the site too only once have i ever been able to download anything. The link on that page like so many are for the HA-64 apache and not the AH-64D Apache with the radar dome on top.

Its such a shame most likely the worlds most famous helicopter but know one seems to be able to get one for FS, perhaps someone out there could think about giving the fs world this very special helo.

PLEASE if anyone out there ever finds one post it here.

Thanks
steve.

Just a thought.  Try emailing the author and ask him where he's uploaded it.  You can probably get his address from another project he's done.

Ye thats the HA-64 that dwight was envolved with the other designers were Graham and Bredon which i have emailed but the emails i sent bounced back as they said the emails were invalid.

Ive also contacted planesimulation who own the site that shows the AH-64D which they say is by dwight but they dont seem to respond to emails as ive sent several recently.

well the hunt goes on thanks to all those who are helping its good to see, please keep helping if you can im grateful for any ideas or suggestions.

yep i am aware of that model however thats the A variant that has been out for ages and one that I am using right now.

However the model I am searching for is the D variant the Longbow with the radar dome on the rotar spine as shown on the page i posted above. Its a search thats driving me nuts knowing theres a longbow version out there but no one seems to be able to download it anywhere.

thanks again for all your posts please keep them coming who knows one day we might hit the jackpot after all its not just me who whats a longbow im sure loads of you guys out there would love to have a FS version.
