I merely question whether the "Parametric Modifier" comment was supposed to be a real question "What does the term 'parametric modifier' mean?" since it originated in the Design Forum and you moved it to the General Discussion forum ...

Other than that, "Parametric Modifier" does sound like a nasty disease.

It started out as a question because I wanted a bigger picture as to what they involve. I was doing one of the early Gmax tutorials and it was the first time I came across it. I figured out what it was, but still figured it was a funky term and an un-necessarily complicated one at that. So, since my question was answered, and I had already posted it, I just decided to comment on it and the design forum didn't seem like the place for it.

So I guess it would be a Pippinism then... Is that a bad thing?
