I decided to take another flight in the Concorde.   After departure things got a little ruff but after that it went fine.

Cleared for takeoff.  A small thunderstorm right over the airport.
...
Very strong headwind.
...
Finaly up over the storm.  Turning for Paris.
...
Leveled off at 28000 feet for subsonic cruise.
...
50500 feet and at mach 2.01.
...
Back at 28000 feet about 300 miles out.
...
At 10500 feet turning for final.
...
On final runway just ahead.
...
Parked at the gate after an almost perfect flight
...

There was more pics than this but they did not come out very clear.  One was right as the back landing gear touched and the other was of a very close lightning strike just as i was taking off from New York.

Grounded? ? ? ? It's out of service now or very shortly, the cost of running it is just to much for the amount of people it can carry.

Nice shots by the way!

this was 2002 pro

these are some older shots.  im surprised to see these again  i figured that they were bumped so far down the line that no one would ever see them again.

somewhere there is a newer post from me     it had a lot more pics and they were of better quality.
