A lot happened on this leg so, I'm gonna split it up into two posts like last time. Okay, today I have another surprise. As I've said before, after heading out of Frisco, I fly north along the coast to a small airport outside of Seatle some of you may know. The whole flight takes about 3 hours and 15 minutes.

Waitin' to take off with a heavy bearing down.

San Fransico in the wee hours of the morning.

I forget the name of that bridge.

I think it's a light house, never bothered to learn. Roll Eyes

Alctraz! I cannot spell the name.

Goodbye San Fran. I'll see you again.

Found a carrier outside the bay. Figured I'd give them Navy boys a good morning!

Part II of leg IX.

Anyone getting any ideas of this surprise location?

Look at that! A boat and a dock, this may help you figure it out.

That's right!! Its Bear Creek West Field!

I know that the runways not long enough, but what the heck. Theres an opening in the trees.

Well the nice people at Bear Creek let me use their hangar. It was rather cramped, but I had a roof over my bird.

Next It'll be a short hop to Seatle, but theres some stuff I have to do here first. That post will likely also be two posts, because a lot of interesting stuff happened in Seatle.
