i was quite dissapointed.

Ran like a dog on my PC:
AMD Athlon 3200+ 2.17ghz
Geforce Fx5900 ultra 256mb + 45.23 drivers
Creative Labs Audigy 2 deluxe
200gb hard drive.

I couldn't work out how to get it to target or fire at anything even the ground.

One feature i thought should be put into FS was that in flyby view when you go above the sound barrier its silent until you pass then you get the sonic boom.

can anyone help me?

Downloading the demo now, at ridiculously slow speeds.  Their server is entirely too slow.  I'll have a review sometime around May.  lol

Mine kept crashing.  Went to the website and found out it's full of bugs.

My specs are somewhere in my post, and even with the settings absolutely minimal, it barely ran.

The audio I gave a 10+++.  The video however...-2.

A sorry game. I am still hurting from EA's Stupid decision to discontinue Battletech 3025. In the immortal words of Gollum: "They stoles it from us... Our Precious".

&&&&That's right, I'm now using an AMD! I decided to give them another try and they kicked the pants off of my P4 3.4!

Why do companies make games that don't run on normal pc's?

Hmm, runs ok on my machine, perhaps you guys need to play with your settings some more.

I like it, but I think I'll stick with FS9.

Ric, what are your specs.

I've got a P4 2.0Ghz with 640mb RAM, and it didn't run well at all, with every setting at the absolute minimum...too bad, I'd considered purchasing it when I saw the initial screenies...glad I didn't waste the cash.

For anyone considering buying it, make sure you've got nothing but a 100% brand new top of the line gaming box.  lol  If you didn't buy your computer in the last 7 days, consider yourself warned.  lol

I've got a P4 2.4Ghz, running 512MB RAM under XP. I've also got a nVidia GeForce 4 4600Ti graphics card.

I wouldn't say lomac ran really well, but it's easily playable. I'm running it at 1280x1024 with 4xaa and 8xansio.

From what I can gather, it's the clouds that kill the frames.

I'd be curious to see the specs of the system they captured all those screen grabs and videos on. Wink
