Hey guys,
i habe got a very bad problem
i ve got 1 version of the fs2002 -> english
when i want to play with my friends over lan - one pc allway sucks - the plane is sinking in the ground and the engines do not start - the pc with the error changes - but everytime one pc has this error

Okay, two things. First use an independent host program like FSHost (available here in downloads).
Second set the flight up so that you are sitting on the ramp with the engine turning, then press Alt, click on the top left option and look for multiplayer in the drop down menu, and connect to the session from there. All should be fine.
