Looks like M$ forgot about yet another feature of the world.  The Arecibo dish isn't there.  I checked the website of the dish operators this morning and got the coordinates and tried to find it in FS.  No dice.

The coords are:

geodetic:
N18^20'36.6"
W66^45'11.1"

astronomical:
N18^21'13.7"
66^45'18.8"

I searched around there, and nothing.  Oh, well.  Microsoft ain't perfect, but they sure price it like they are . . .
