I used VoicePack Editor to create my callsigns. I used splices of the existing words & phrases, pasted them together to create any word or phase I choose.  Granted, it doesn't sound as good as a new recording, but with the engines running and the background noise, it sounds ok.

What do computers and air conditioners have in common?...
They both will work perfectly, until you open windows.
