and to think that it seems only a few years ago that the sound of a Connie passing overhead was normal... a glance and the three engined plane was in it's graceful landing pattern into San Juan (or the lagoon just in front)

Actually if I'm not mistaken, the connie usually had 4 engines, unless of course you were refering to the one engine on the plane that never ran...
I guess that's why it ended up ing the laggoon? ???

I will be going. Weekends are so busy building my house, I told my wife that I "deserve" alittle down time. So, after I finish sanding and staining the front deck, I am going. Pictures to be posted next week. Oh and guys, sorry, but I will let you know about this next time far in advance so I can schedule everybody's pick up time! LOL

that was the time that two engines failed on approach..
But I always thought the blue cheat line on the Aerochago, S.A. cargo planes looked neat.
