Is the handleing of the helicopters fairly acutrate to the real aircraft? Is it a fairly acurate simulator 2004?

FS2004 is no where near realistic (I have a friend that flies for Air Evac Lifeteam in a Bell 206) and he says that compared to FS and the real world the sensitivity is off and the lack of torque is kind of off and other than that it needs a few tweaks to the .air and aircraft.cfg
