ok here is the !quote!
There is a known time zone bug in FS2002. The actual time zone and
daylight saving time will some places be different than in real
life. To make these AI flight plans we had to use real life times.
The result is that some flights may appear an hour before or later
than the time in the timetable. This may be a problem at airports
  out of Europe and USA.

Also i will withdraw from the bet as i dont wear underpants.... 8)  8)  8)

You're in luck, cuz yesterday FS Real Time (v1.62) With Accurate World Time Zones v2.1 SP4 was released.

filename 'realtime_125045.zip'
File Description:[br]
"FS Real Time" has been designed to keep Microsoft® Flight Simulator 2002's UTC (Zulu/GMT) time and date in sync with the Real World. You can have it maintain either the current Real Time, or an offset (+/-) so you can fly at any variation of time from the Real Time
[br][br]
FS Problem Solved:[br]
A known problem in FS2002 was the time kept falling behind the Real World time. Also, when crossing Time Zones, FS2002 changed its UTC time instead of its Local Time, which can cause problems. For example, if you were flying East at dusk, when crossing a Time Zone, all of a sudden you would find yourself flying in broad daylight again.
[br][br]
This program will monitor your aircraft's current UTC offset within Microsoft Flight Simulator and preemptively adjust the game's UTC to the correct (offset adjusted) time, as you cross each Time Zone.
[br][br]
Accurate World Time Zones v2.1 SP4 by Dennis Thompson[br]
Did you ever notice that the time zones in Flight Simulator aren't very accurate? Well, now they can be with the addition of Dennis Thompson's updated time zone files. Now, flying over India, viewing Mt Everest in Nepal, or taking a quick jaunt around Europe yields the correct time zone -- where ever you are. Furthermore, these files correct the Daylight Saving Time for areas that observe it. The entire world is covered by these files except for areas where Microsoft's time zone file is already correct. These files come to you courtesy of Dennis Thompson who is the original author of these files. Thank you Dennis for your wonderful work and also for letting me redistribute them.
