A week or two ago, I noticed my moniter mould fade to a red hue for a fraction of a second and then return to normal.  I assumed this was the lack of sleep taking effect or my mind playing tricks on me.  Well guess what?  My comp has taken the courtesy to tell me that I'm not hallucinating, and is now permanatly on a red hue. Angry Is it my monitor or video card?  That's all I could think is causing this problem. Angry

have you tried deggaussing your monitor? most monitors have a degauss feature built in now. just a thought, it might not be that at all but thought i would put it in since no one else has suggested it yet. hope it works out for you.

You're lucky. I've seen monitors with bad guns, and they get a permant red hue. Or bent pins on the monitor plug. That's pretty horrible as well.
