Could it have something to do with the door moving? I think (but I am not sure) that the door opening and closing is an effect that is controlled by a different BMP file all together. Kinda like damage effects....

Is there any other BMP file in the Aircraft folder?

Just a thought....

Hi Cherokee,

There is another bitmap for the doors, but,I don't think the fact it moves is the problem, the textures only change if I convert that one bitmap back to 8 bit (from 24bit).If you look at the second last shot,I had forgotten to change the image from 24bit,and the glass is still ok.

I think it might be because the glass is alpha maped on, not a seperate transparent object. try saving a gray alpha map to the spot where the windows are suposed to be Wink
