When you uploaded your image and put the link in your Profile with the correct name of your file,at the Upload Successful page,it says that dont forget to insert image.Where can you insert the image ???

Its probably refering to when you post a new topic.
There is an icon which says "Insert Image". When you click on that you get the [ img]URL[/img].

Then you replace the "URL" with the link to your pic...
