i got off work late last friday and i thought i might try to burn a couple of gallons  VFR before the sun went down. so i started to cruise alonge the coast.. ... and then this rolled in on me.. ... so i started to turn back for home, and the strom closed in on me.. ... the sky started to look ominous and i thought i might be in trouble.. ... yep.. i'm in trouble.. ... i got a lucky break and rode the wind through this break in the clouds. Yes, very nice shots.  The clouds are great !

I do have one general gripe with FS'04.  As a former professional and former militarty photographer with many hour in the air making Air to Air and Air to surface photos.  I hate the lens flair affect. It does add a touch of realism to the program but any lab I worked in would toss that image and give the photomate a ration of... well you know, for the making such a mistake. I still cannot wait for the $$$ to purchace FS'04 I do hope that that feature can be turned off.

My $.02

Good news scotch - lens flare can be turned off no problem in FS9.

PS great shots, you have a nice composition there - a great colours also.

The lens flare is a nice touch, I think. It certainly gives the illusion that a camera was used. It's true, though, that actual photographs that have flares are sometimes not ideal -- unless they're meant to be artistic.
