Heh. I've been on that list for over a year. In fact, when I first appeared there I only had about 250 posts. How things have changed!

It really isn't difficult, when you think about it. You post helpful comments, flame Ozzy, ask pertinent questions, flame Hagar, praise good screenshots, flame Pippin, make a flightsim tip, harass FOzzer (good luck on riling up Mr. Teflon), post a neat screenshot, praise me.... and the post numbers go up.

I think that pretty much sums it up right there.
Plus, look at it this way-I actually looked at it mathmatically. You have been a member of this forum for about 60 days and have about 180 posts-so thats about 3 posts per day. Now, I have been a member of this forum for about 675 days and have about 1900 posts-so thats about 2.8 posts per day, so a little less.
In my case, we have posted at about the equil rate but I have just been doing it for a lot longer. So, if you just keep being an active member of the forum I some of us have for a while, you eventually build up a big number. You'll be suprised how fast they add up.

JUST CURIOUS
Where did the term Post or Posts come from?
Simviation being an aviation related site and an excelent one I might add because of the amount of information and knowledge passing between it's members on aircraft and aviation subjects in general.
I was just wondering why "Post" was not called "Log"
with relationship to aircraft log book or pilots log book?
Please I am not trying to change anything.....just curious thats all.
PS. Just posting this so can catchup to you guys...LOL
Happy Landings....Cheers...Doug

If you care to check my current tally I think this is all the proof you need that I qualify as most prolific poster over a given period. Almost 1,000 posts per month. How did that happen? ???
I find this a tad worrying.

Nope, just Bag-o-time. I'm on here everyday, but I only post like 1 or 2 a day. So back when you first posted this, I probably only had about 500 some. But then, andrew there, posted oh... 3000 in same amount of time I got 250... shows whos got some free time...
Wait... there is NO way andrew got 500 posts in 3 days... something smells just a bit
fishy
here...
