Hi all,
I have another 2 questions again.
1) I want to create elevated, landable scenery IN detailed CFS1 Europe, and I have the following utlilities:-
Static Object Designer Chuck Dome
CFS T Map Martin Wright
MKAFD Martin Wright
FSSC Derek Leung
Which (if any!) are most suitable?
2) EasyObjectDesigner - I have tried 3 times to d/l it from its home site, and it has got to 99% and my computer has locked me out
. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dan. You can create elevated platforms in EOD. Add the macro to a location by importing to FSSC. You might find H_Paul's Landable Pad macro useful.

Try downloading EOD here.

Err, i think you misunderstood me Hagar - you were right about the EOD part, but i didn't mean Helipads etc. I meant actual land, Ground, earth or whatever!
Another Q. though, do all of the macros here on simv actually work in FSSC? Can i make fs2002 etc. mac's work in CFS1?
Thanks Dan

Sorry Dan. You must bear in mind that the airfields & runways in CFS1 are flat. The elevation of the airfield + runway you create with FSSC should be the same as the surrounding terrain. There might well be others but the only program I know of for creating CFS1 elevated terrain mesh is MW's CfsTMap which you already have.

The best API macros will be those designed for FS98 or specifically for CFS1. Some macros for the later sims might work but the textures could well be in an incompatible format.
