I'm hoping to get enough time to do a round-the-world trip, in a Yak-18.... but it needs some modifications.

I want the engine changed from a M-14P (360Hp) to a M-14PF (400Hp) or even a M-14R (450Hp)

Can this be done by changing the engine values in the Aircraft.cfg file to the new parameters or do i need to change more.

Can someone PM me an Aircraft.cfg file with the item descriptions for propeller aircraft?

Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and An-24RV&&&&AI flightplans and repaints can be found here

For a propellor type aircraft.cfg, just check the default Cessna aircraft.

Be very careful, however, small increase in HP may not seem much, but are the diffferent engines (an M-14P vs M-14PF, -14R) the same displacement or are they slightly different?

same engine, different turbocharger

The M-14R has higher RPM's though

I tried it, and it goes like a rocket even with the double size fuel tanks.
but as i don't know the fuel use numbers of the bigger ones, i reverted to the M-14P, but with the bigger fuel load.
