I used to fly tail draggers and ultralights.  When using the standard landing pattern it was not too difficult to control your approach distance and speed.  Although I have been using FS2002 for some time I still have a hard time getting lined up properly due to lack of real sensory input.  Either too high or low, left or right.  Constant go arounds.  It was easier with the real stuff.  How do you guys handle this?  8)

Where is it written?

Practice.  After a while, just like real flying and anything else, it becomes second nature.

Also watch the VASI.  Just like in real aviation, they'll guide you in on the glideslope...

Great edit, Bob.&&&&&&Google it. &&&&www.google.com
