Please excuse my ignorance, but on my license plates, I've got little tags that expire on a certain month, what do I do when they expire? It's not for quite a while, but I'd like to know well in advance

Yup, every few years you have to pay to get new tags for your car. It's part of the whole registration thing, and the price differs from state to state.

ok, thanks.....
Another question, I've moved since registering and titling my car, so the addresses on them are different. Am I supposed to get new ones or what?

I'm not sure about that-its best to check with the DMV and ask them, I'd just give them a call and ask. I wouldn't be so concerned about the title (since all that says is who owns it-so an address wouldn't matter). But I would find out about the registration-I have never had that problem before. You may need to change the info on it.
