I'm looking into starting customizing aircraft. I'm intermediate in PSP 8 and am familiar with DXTBmp. Repainting is still new to me, and I"m learning on how to use it. Something I'd like to change on my aircraft are the wheels, instead of the dull Boeing stock rims, I was thinking of adding a nice set of chrome rims
. Here's the link to the photo of the rim and the rims result on the aircraft.

; I'd like wheel pic to look exact on the airplane wheel. But for some reason, it made a swirl look instead. Here is another pic of the modification done on the plane texture file

; Also, how would make the wheels have a chrome shine on FS. I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me out.

It looks to me like you have the pieces of the wheels a little swapped. Try mirroring the textures on the wheels until you get the desired effect. Also, if the image isn't already in a format that accepts chrome, then the shine isn't going to show up. I have had that problem with a few textures, and it just depends on whether or not the person who made it had the ability to make it reflective (alpha) textured.

Ok, because thats one thing I did do. I just pasted the same texture on all four wheels, without mirroring the textures or anything. So I will try that, and hopefully it should work. Thank you.
