Hello All,

I continued on in my adventure and went from Moosejaw Saskatchewan to Winnipeg Manitoba. Before I left I found a real good painter and gave my Baron a new look!  8)

In all the time I have been flying, I have never been to the point where I wanted to go up the ATC tower and push someone out a window....until now.  Angry

Take a read about my approach into Winnipeg and you will see what I mean. Other then my run in with Winnipeg's ATC, the rest of the flight went off without a hitch.

Current location at the end of Leg 3
...

Warming up the engines...
...

Waiting for final clearance to takeoff...
...

Good climb rate...Gear up...
...

Passing Lake Manitoba...
...

This is the point in the trip where things start to get a little frustrating. I got my clearance for landing into Winnipeg. I was #1 for landing. I starting making my final turn to line up for approach, when out of no where this Westjet pilot decided that he was going to come straight in.  There was no warning from ATC or anything. If I was not in "Chase" view to see him coming, it would have probably ended up in a head on.

So after I turned, I followed him in but of course when ATC realized i was too close they kept telling me to go around. But I was a little ticked, so I never did.

Well...you would have thought that I insulted the ATC's mother or something because they squaked at me like there was no tommorow. I ignored them which of course, ended up in my getting the boot from their "services". And then two Aircanada inbounds had to go around because of the party on the runway.
...

After ignoring the ATC, I decided to just land...
...

Its not really clear but you can see the Westjet in front of me..
...

I found the first open spot I could find and I was off to have a "Chat" with the ATC...(and a must needed drink)
