Hi Everybody!

What should happen if I copy the FS2002 FlightPlans into FS2004 FlightPlans?

Or they have the same flightplans?

I don't have FS 2004 yet, but I'm going to take a wild stab. FS 2004 probably has a completely re-invented AI plan setup, so simply importing your old files probably will muddle things. Incomplete data, that sort of thing. Although, if AI Traffic works with FS 2004, then you shouldn't have a problem. I'd suggest copying your FS 2004 files before giving it a go, though. If things go FUBAR, it will be nice to reset things without reinstalling. Smiley

Of course, I will make a copy from the original FS2004 flight plans, but I asked this question because the FS2004 have the same system with FS2002 in FlightPlans..

The AI flightplans in FS2004 have the same system like the flightplans in FS2002, and the flightplans are different, so FS2004's 28.000 flightplan + FS2002's 22.000 flightplan = huh....

Can somebody post me the original FS2002 flightplans to tipe2001@freemail.hu?

Thanks:George

If you have used Traffic Tools to edit the Traffic.bgl file, then Traffic Tools should have created a backup file of the original called Traffic_ORIGINAL.bbb, which can be found in the following directory: C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/fs2002/Scenedb/Atc/Scenery.

The original AI flight plans can easily be obtained by Decompiling this file.  Before you do anything, make sure you copy your current Traffic.bgl file (found in the same directory as above) into a temporary folder so it can be restored later! Smiley

But now I have the FS2004 only, and I haven't got the FS2002.

So please, somebody send me the FS2002 flightplans via e-mail. (tipe2001@freemail.hu)

Thanks!

George,

I can't help you with the flight plans, but you can get them from Project AI:

http://projectai.flight1.net/certified/installers.htm

Store a backup copy of your Traffic.bgl file in a temp folder before going through this installation process..... Smiley
